Posts: 2391 Location: Coventry, RI Re: Forum updates Reply #8 - Nov 10th, 2011 at 1:41pm Print Post I did find a few, all the copyright symbols are now diamond question marks. It doesn't seem to like the accents in words like fiancee, or touche. It flagged the apostrophe in the title of A Mother's Day Visit for some strange reason. The only others I have seen have been on empty spaces at the end of paragraphs, not that common. I hope you don't have to edit each post, that would take forever! When the allowed character set became stricter, a lot of Window's specific punctuation became non-compliant. But to keep from having everyone replace every single piece of punctuation, I added a punctuation converter in the part that turns all the stuff like font-size changes into html for the most common ones. (double and single quotes, ellipsis, em and en dashes.) Looks like I have to add one for copyright as well. Not a problem. Or maybe I'll dump the whole thing and go back to the looser character set. Update: just rolled back to the looser charset. If you only have one solution to a problem - you're not trying. IP Logged

(Note - there does seem to be a minor glitch with resizing when viewed with IE9. I'll check on what the mod writer says about it - there may already be a fix.
